Mohammed has a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management as well as a Masters in Human Resources Management from Abu Dhabi University. He is currently the Director of the Freight Transport Division at the Abu Dhabi Department of Transport, having previously been the Manager, Regulation and Licensing Department and Acting Director or Planning and Business Development. His work experience is very extensive and he has attended various training courses ranging from transportation of hazardous material to strategic planning and organizational structures design.
