Workshop A: Transforming e-government using big data analytics
This workshop will go into depth on how government entities can use big data analytics to evaluate the data they collect from e-services and use it to improve service levels by analysing public opinion and citizen demands. It will also examine how the data can be used for high level strategic decision-making and policy modelling by reviewing the real life working examples from FUPOL - the future policy modelling project of the EU - one of the leading big data implementations in government worldwide.
